Your school acts as the data controller for this information; Rudocode processes it on your behalf as a data processor.
Demo and marketing inquiries: Information submitted through demo booking forms, contact pages or sales inquiries — including school type, student count, city, state and requirements.
Usage and technical data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, access timestamps, pages viewed and interaction logs necessary for security, analytics and service improvement.
Payment information: Billing details for subscription payments. Payment card data is processed by our payment partners and is not stored on Rudocode servers.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

Provide, operate and maintain the Rudonest platform and related Services.
Process demo requests, sales inquiries and customer support communications.
Authenticate users, enforce role-based access controls and maintain audit trails.

8. Children's Data

Rudonest processes student information on behalf of schools. Schools are responsible for obtaining appropriate consents from parents or guardians. Rudocode does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without the school's authorization.
